Silent Disco Yoga with Reno

Experience vinyasa yoga on a whole new level with the freedom to choose the music you want to listen to, or no music at all. With premium wireless headphones provided by Silent Nights, you can choose from 3 different channels of music, or a 3rd channel with no music at all. Reno Gorman will lead a 90 min vinyasa class, with 2 playlists of music to choose from, with his instruction broadcast over all headphone channels. Control the volume of the music to your liking, or practice without music as all other noises around you are blocked out from the plush headphones.
